It's a visualization of your entire life as a grid of dots — one dot per month, 1,080 in total (90 years). Months you've lived fill in. You tap to mark the ones that mattered.

Does it collect my data?

No. mmnt. has no tracking, no ads, no analytics, and no account. Your data stays on your device. If you enable iCloud sync (pro), it uses your private iCloud container — we never see it.
